GENERAL FOREMAN: receives one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) above the highest Laborer classification under his supervision.
FORMAN: receives one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the highest Laborer classification under his supervision.
COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CDL): Any Laborer required to utilize a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), are incompliance with necessary FMCSA regulations and approved by the Contractor to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV), shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour above the base rate of the group they are working under for the entirety of their working shift.
NIGHT SHIFT: Employees working any scheduled night shift shall receive a premium of two dollar ($2.00) per hour. (see agreement for addition shift work language)
RESIDENTIAL RATE: The hourly rate for all classifications found in this agreement shall be one (.01) cent less per hour on any project subject to O.R.C. § 176.05, Ohio’s residential prevailing wage law.
